Judith Ann (Redmann) Henke, age 74, of Oshkosh, passed away Monday morning, January 28, 2013. Born on June 16, 1938, the daughter of Arthur and Eva Redmann, Judy married Robert LeRoy Henke on May 4, 1957 at Peace Lutheran Church in Oshkosh.

A great lover of all animals, Judy was especially attached to her cats. When one died, she always had room in her heart to adopt another to be loved and have another chance at life.

Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 55 years, Robert; two sons, Craig (John) and Brian (Oscar); a daughter, Lori; three grandsons, Corey (Meranda), Justin (Jennifer), and Brock (Colie); a granddaughter, Melanie; four great-grandchildren, Kylie and Brock Jr. Bishop, Isaiah Reeves and Kaydence Henke; her three beloved cats, Cooner, Shiloh, and Cassie. Preceding Judy in death is an infant son, David, her parents, and many relatives.

The funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH, 240 W. 9nth Ave., Oshkosh, with Rev. John A. Worzala Dumke officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery, Oshkosh. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Judy's name is being established for the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
