Katherine M. "Kitty" Zarter, age 59, of Winneconne, died at her home in the loving care of her family on Saturday, March 25, 2017. She was born on August 30, 1957, in Oshkosh, the daughter of Arthur and Kathleen (Williams) Livingstone. Employed by Miles Kimball and later as an office manager for Systems Installers of Appleton, Kitty enjoyed preparing tax forms for individuals. Survivors include her husband, Bruce Zarter of Winneconne, two sons, Martin Niemuth of Oshkosh and Robert (Tara) Niemuth of Waukegan, Illinois; a granddaughter, McKayla Behling; a brother, Robert Livingstone; and nieces and nephews. Preceding Kitty in death are her parents, a brother, Marty, and a sister, Barb. A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave., Omro.
