Kathleen Bodette Dudley passed away on November 28, 2007, one month before her 91st birthday. She was born to Alexander Bruyere and Mary Ellen McDonald of Escanaba, Michigan. She was predeceased by her husband, David. They resided at Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh.
Kathleen was a dental assistant in Escanaba and then, after marrying David, she was a housewife who raised their sons, Jim and Steve for many years in Burlington, Wisconsin. She was an active bridge player, puzzle solver and wordsmith, loved to host gatherings and travel. Kathleen and her husband traveled to Mexico, Europe, the Scandinavian countries, Alaska, and Hawaii.
She is survived by her sons, James and Stephen, a sister, Elaine, a brother, Donald, three grandsons, Bradley, Matthew, and Thomas, and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Evergreen Retirement Community Chapel, 1130 N. Westfield Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Dudley family requests that no flowers be sent and that memorials in their mother's memory be given to the American Cancer Society or Oshkosh Area Humane Society.
