Kenneth C. Fuhrman, age 34, of Oshkosh, died Thursday afternoon, August 25, 2005 at his residence. He was born on July 29, 1971 in Oshkosh to Charles and Sharon (Borski) Fuhrman. Ken married Tina Spatt on September 6, 1997 in Oshkosh.
Ken was employed as a welder for Crew Company and Leach Corporation before enrolling in the machinist program at Fox Valley Technical College where he achieved the Dean's List the past two years. Innovative Machines currently employed him. Ken enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his boys up north.
Survivors include his wife: Tina Fuhrman of Oshkosh; two sons: Clayton and Grant Fuhrman of Oshkosh; his parents: Charles and Sharon Fuhrman of Oshkosh; his stepfather and mother-in-law: Janet and Christopher Folzer of Oshkosh, father -in-law: Terrence Spatt of Oshkosh; grandparents: Arthur "Buddy" and Jean Borski of Oshkosh, Virginia Wing of Oshkosh, and Florence Spatt of Oshkosh; aunts and uncles: Daniel Borski, Steven and Diane Borski, and Randy and Dawn Borski; cousins: Shelly and Jim Anklam, Dan Borski Jr., Alan Fuhrman; godparents: Keith and Helen Haus; great-uncle: G. Bob Dettlaff; nieces and nephews: Kaley, Hunter, Delveon, and Devonte; special friends: Scott, Danny, Ryan, Darryl, and Sean.
Preceding Ken in death are his grandparents: Melvin Fuhrman, Edna Gara, William Spatt, and Delbert "Del" Wing; and one aunt: Susan K. Borski.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. in Lake View Memorial Park Chapel, 2786 Algoma Blvd, with Reverend Chuck Fluegel officiating. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park. A time of visitation and support will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the chapel. The family would appreciate memorials to Ken's sons.
