Leonard A. Paulick, age 96 of Oshkosh, died at Evergreen Retirement Community on Monday, September 3, 2007. He was born to Anton and Mary (Jungwirth) Paulick on October 7, 1910. On June 2, 1937 Len married the love of his life, Martha M. Stephany. He could not let a day go by with out expressing his love for Martha.
Leonard was intelligent, kind, and loved his family. He was employed by the Radford Company. His intelligence also allowed him to work in the chemistry department at U.W. Oshkosh. He enjoyed playing shuffleboard, bowling, playing cards, and watching sports.
Leonard is survived by his wife, Martha; children: Jeanne (Larry) Hildebrand, James, Barbara, and John Paulick; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Lenny; daughter-in-law, Beverly Paulick; parents, brothers, and sisters.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Leonard at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 6, 2007, at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, St. Vincent de Paul Church, corner of South Park and Oregon Street, with Reverend William Van DeKreeke officiating, assisted by Deacon Ray Brandenstein assisting. A time for visiting and sharing of memories will be held at the church from 10:00 A.M until the time of the service. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
