Obituary

Lila B. Schultz age 100 of Oshkosh, died at Evergreen Retirement Community on Sunday, February 20, 2011. Lila was born to Robert and Amily (Starkweather) Schultz on November 24, 1910 in Big Falls, Minnesota. She graduated from Argonne High School in 1932. She worked as an operator for the telephone company and tied fishing flies.
A loving, soft spoken woman, Lila was always smiling. She was always where she was needed in helping others. She enjoyed making crafts, especially crocheting. Lila was a member of Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church, and enjoyed reading religious books.
Surviving Lila is her sister, Wave; brother, Walter; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Helen, Orley, Roberta, and Marvin.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Algoma Blvd. United Methodist Church, 1174 Algoma Blvd. A time for visiting and sharing memories will be held at the church on Thursday from 12:00 Noon until the time of the service.
