Obituary

Louise I. Blair, age 94, of Oshkosh, died Wednesday evening, December 21, 2005 at Northpoint Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on April 24, 1911 in Stevensville, Wisconsin to Richard and Henrietta (Homan) Seeger. Louise married Carl Blair on April 23, 1929 in Omro and he preceded her in death in 1979.
Louise was a member of First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed doing missionary sewing for the church. She relaxed by doing tatting and taking two weeks every year to various nature spots in the United States. Louise and her husband farmed until 1952, she then was employed by Oshkosh B'Gosh, and lastly by Mercy Medical Center in the housekeeping department until retiring in 1976.
Survivors include one daughter: Bonnie Marschie of Waupun; four grandchildren: Richard (Judy) Marschie of Oakfield, Wisconsin; Joey (Lori) Marschie of Valley Falls, Kansas; Bette (Dean) Patchett of Plymouth, Wisconsin; Terry Marschie of Waupun; and nine great-grandchildren. Preceding Louise in death are her husband, parents, infant son, son-in-law: Marvin Marschie, and one sister: Viola Anderson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2005 at 12:00 p.m. in Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street. The family will greet neighbors and friends following the funeral service. Interment will take place at Lake View Memorial Park.
