Louise Kolaske, age 94, of Oshkosh passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015. She was born on June 12, 1921 in Oshkosh to Conrad and Catherine (Pfaffenroth) Paffenroth. She married William A. Kolaske on March 23, 1940. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and worked at Paine Lumber Co. Louise enjoyed her card clubs, car rides, going to the casino; but above all, she cherished family time.
Louise is loved and will be missed by her children, William (Carrie) Kolaske, Jr., of Bonduel, the late Karen (Bob) Nagler of Butte des Morts; Lola "Kay" (Don) Connors of Oshkosh and Cherie (David) Smoody of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Kerri Majewski, William (Dawn) Kolaske III, Kiley (Damian) Ullmer, Kelly (Garrett) Holewinski, Ben (Stephanie) Kolaske, Nicole Daker (fiancé Zac), Noel Daker, Robert (Tina) Nagler), Todd (Bonnie) Nagler, Brian (Stephanie) Nagler, Jeffery (Michele) Wright, Rebecca (Terry) Greenwood, Brad (Dorothy) Wright, Brent Wright, Randy Smoody, Darcy Kons, Quinn (Robert) Hurt, Brenda (Jim) Martin and Rodney (Dianna) Donner, 49 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; sister in law, Janet Paffenroth; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William, Sr., daughter, Karen Nagler and her eleven brothers and sisters.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015, at Seefeld Funeral Home, 1025 Oregon St., from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and at Zion Lutheran Church, 400 N. Sawyer St., on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Louise will be laid to rest at Lake View Memorial Park.
