Margaret A. "Peg" Grant, age 77 of Omro, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday October 8, 2003. She was born March 19, 1926 in Omro, Wisconsin the daughter of Fred and Daisy Livingston Von Rembow. Margaret was educated in the Omro School System. She married John "Bud" Grant in their home on August 24, 1945. Family and friends will remember Margaret as a person who had a green thumb, loved to cook, play Yahtzee, crochet, & create plastic canvas needlework.

Survivors include her husband John "Bud" Grant, 2 daughters; Barbara (Robert) Carlson of Omro, Patti (James) Schuppe of Neenah, 1 son; Barry (Fran St. Andre) Grant of Appleton, grandchildren; Michael (Jackie), Kelly (Scott), Joplin (David), Cody (Kevin), Cale (DeAnna), Jamie & Troy, 10 great grandchildren, 1 brother Andrew J. (Jane) Von Rembow, brother-in-law; Harry A. Lee, & sister-in-law; Patricia Von Rembow. Margaret was preceded in death by grandsons; Jesse & Aaron Grant, sisters; Susie L. Loper-Friday, Marian G. Lee, & brothers; Fred A. (Ruth) Von Rembow and Donald L. Von Rembow.

Private family services will be held at the Omro Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
