Marie F. Lippold, age 75, of Oshkosh, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016. She was born in Merrill on April 15, 1941, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Francis (Koltz) Fischer. On October 10, 1959 she married her husband of almost 57 years, Ronald Lippold. Marie was quite the artist and was known to paint on canvas and porcelain, as well as her current passion, ribbon embroidery. She could grow anything and had a beautiful flower garden. Marie will be remembered for the love she had for taking care of her family and being with friends. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and her dog, Mindy.
Marie is survived by her husband, Ron; children: Brenda (fiancé, Derek Murie) Sobiesczyk, and Paul (Suzanne) Lippold; grandchildren: Jayme Rassmussen and Mark Sobiesczyk, Hannah Hupfer, Kenneth Lippold and Brandon Lippold; and great-grandchildren: Quintin and Alexander Butler. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Jack Fischer and Lawrence Fischer.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Seefeld Funeral Home with Rev. Connie Weiss officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery, Oshkosh.
