Marie E. Nadolske, age 94, of Oshkosh passed away peacefully on July 25, 2009 at Evergreen Retirement Community. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 28, 1914 to William and Adeline (Koepke) Sexton. On October 10, 1936 she married Walter M. Nadolske of Chicago, Illinois.

Marie worked for a number of years for Illinois Bell Telephone Company. Marie was active in volunteering for several organizations including Life Line, Mercy Medical Center, Bethel Homes, Evergreen Manor, and Christ Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Marie loved to travel and went on many trips throughout her life, traveling throughout the United States and Europe.

Marie is survived by one son, Bob (Linda) of Oshkosh, as well as three grandchildren: Sharon Nadolske of Meridian, Idaho, Paula (Clayton) Bennett of Slinger, Wisconsin, and Wayne (Julie) Nadolske of Cortez, Colorado. Marie is also survived by five great-grand children: Tyler, Trevor, Tiffany, Jordan and Alexandria. Marie was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Lee, and by her husband, Walter.

Funeral service for Marie will take place at 11:00AM on Monday, August 3, 2009 in the chapel at Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Boulevard. Visitation and sharing of memories will take place from 9:00AM until the time of service at the chapel.

The family wishes to extend thanks to the staff at Evergreen Creekview South for the love and compassion they have shown. A special thanks also to Dr. John Weber and Molly, and to Aurora VNA Hospice for their care and consideration.
In lieu of flowers, tributes would be welcome to Evergreen Foundation and to Aurora VNA Hospice.

Marie has been an inspiration to family and friends. Always smiling, always caring, she will always be loved.
