Obituary
Mark "Brock" Willam Berndt, age 71, went to be with his loving wife on August 18, 2023. He was born on July 22, 1952, to parents, Edwin and Sarah (Bauer) Berndt, in Wisconsin. On July 27, 1979, he married the love of his life and best friend, Mary Schilling in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
He was an avid sports fan of Wisconsin teams, especially the Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. Brock was also a history and fact-finding buff. He enjoyed discussing wars and conflicts most of all.
Brock will be remembered for always having a kind word to share, along with excellent advice.
Survivors include his daughters, Kristy (Scott) Ross and Quinn (David Moore) Berndt; grandchildren, Dakota Ross, Talin Ross, Daxten Moore, Delta Moore; great-grandchild, Brock Jacobs; brother, David "Digger" (Patti) Berndt; and many nieces and nephews and other family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary; brothers, Gary "Gator" Berndt and Baby Berndt.
A visitation will be held at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave, Omro, Wisconsin on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Edenbrook, Aurora Hospice, and cousin, Sarah, who took excellent care of their father along the way.
