Survivors include his daughter, Jackie (Matt) LeBouton of Butte des Morts; two grandsons, Wyatt and Tyler; two step-sons, Gil Hoffman and Tom Hoffman, both of Oshkosh; his siblings, Teckla (Edward) Smietanski of Oklahoma, Jill (Dan) Glocke of Berlin, Chris (Lori) Dushenski of Omro, Joan (Ron) Albright of Omro, and Diane Dushenski of Sherwood; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceding Mark in death are his parents and his brother, Alan Dushenski. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Appleton Medical Center doctors and staff, for their kindness and compassionate care of Mark – with special thanks to the sixth floor ICU nurses. A Celebration of Life gathering for Mark will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2016, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave., in Omro, where full Military Honors will be given.
