Mary Ellen Schuhart, age 81, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, April 5, 2021. She was born in Oshkosh on September 18, 1939 the daughter of the late Francis and Lois (Schwertfeger) Andrashko. She was married to her husband 60 years, Gerald Schuhart. Mary Ellen attended Wisconsin State College, Oshkosh, and went on to work at Mueller Potter, an implement company in Fond du Lac, New American Bank and the admissions office at UW-Oshkosh. Being a homemaker and taking care of her family was most important. Mary Ellen loved being outdoors, visiting Pepin, WI, walking her golden retrievers on Wiouwash Trail in any weather. She will be remembered for always sending out cards and gifts, being a great wife and mother.

Mary Ellen is survived by her husband, Gerald: sons: Scott (Renee) Schuhart, Kent (Kijah) Schuhart and Kevin (Jodi) Schuhart; grandchildren; Tara, Rachel, Tillie and Haley; great-granddaughter, Ripley; and brothers: John Andrashko and Paul (Sonia) Andrashko. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers: David Andrashko, Peter Andrashko and Mark Andrashko.

A visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the funeral service at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Seefeld Funeral Home. Burial will be in Salem Methodist Cemetery.
