Megan "Chevy" Schrauth, 48, passed away on July 30, 2025 with her family at her side. She was born on May 13, 1977, to parents, Stanley and Susan (Hudson) Ruh, in Wisconsin.
Megan married Derek Schrauth and together they had two children, Kayli and Brian. Megan was a social butterfly; she loved meeting and talking to people and was always outgoing and had a positive attitude. She would always join Derek when he went racing and loved to go to casinos and play scratch offs. Megan had a big heart and loved animals and never missed a chance to see the wildlife.
She is survived by her husband, Derek Schrauth; children, Kayli (Chase Solomon) Schrauth and Brian Schrauth; and grandson, Ryder. She is further survived by her mother, Susan Ruh; sister, Tanya (Randy) Wolfgram; brother, John (Dana) Ruh; parents-in-law, Mary and Brian Johnson; sister-in-law, Crystal (Andy) Kriz; as well as six nieces and nephews, Bradley Wolfgram, Peyton Wolfgram, Gavin Ruh, Macie Ruh, Harper Ruh, and Evan Kriz; several cousins; her beloved dogs, Daisy and Bailey; as well as many friends.
Preceding her in death were her father, Stanely Ruh; uncles, Steven Ruh and Mike Ruh; cousin, Aaron Noebel; and her grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Scott Park in Omro from 11am to 3pm.
She will be deeply missed by all.
