Obituary
Michael D. Geerdts, 75, of Omro, passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at home surrounded by those who loved him.
Michael was born to Gustov and Helen (Haslam) Geerdts on November 8, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI. He worked in facilities for Fox Valley Technical College and enjoyed taking various courses there. He married Kathleen Pheifer July 24, 1982. They enjoyed 36 years of marriage and raised three children. He enjoyed helping others, woodworking and finding a good deal. He loved his family and spent a lot of time with them at the family cottage on Lake Winneconne.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, sister, and a brother.
Michael is survived by his wife; children, Robert (Amy), Daniel Moderson, Kelly Moderson; five granddaughters; brothers, Thomas, Gerald, and Ned; and numerous nieces and nephews.
