Obituary

Mildred M. Kerwin, age 85, of Oshkosh, died Sunday evening, May 2, 2004 at Oshkosh Medical and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Oshkosh November 9, 1918 to Frederick Ahrens and Laura Ebert. Mildred enjoyed traveling and casinos.

She is survived and will be missed by a son, Jerome (Betty) Kerwin of Oshkosh, Daughter in-law, Lois Kerwin or Marysville, CA, three sisters, Hazel Schmidt and Shirley Brehmer of Oshkosh, Doris (Jesse) Johns of Texas, a brother, William (Helen) Ahrens of Oshkosh, Nine Grandchildren: Corrine (Daniel) Gerster, John Kerwin, Gerald (Katherine) Kerwin, Cindy (Don) Braun, Ann (Jerry) Frey, Tina Kerwin, Diane Kerwin, Patti Kerwin, Roger (Threasa) Kerwin and Angie Lehndorf . Great Grandchildren: Stacy, Michael, Tyler, Kylie, Abby, Paul, Michelle, Jessica, Charity, John, Corrine, Jessie, Kayla, Chelsea, Casey, John, Nate and Justin; and Great-Great Grandchildren: Broady, Braden, Kenton and Paige. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kerwin, a son Roger Kerwin of Marysville, CA, two brothers, Frederick Ahrens III and George Ahrens; three sisters, Rose Kleveno, Viola Abraham, and Laura Lautenschlager, and two great great grandchildren, Kyle and Cory.

A gathering for family and friends is scheduled for Wed, May 5, 2004 at Lakeview Memorial Park Chapel from 9 to 11 AM with a Memorial Service to follow at 11 AM. The family would like to thank Oshkosh Medical & Rehabilitation Center 4North staff & nurses for their kind care.
