Mildred M. Ziebell, age 90, of Oshkosh, past away on Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at Bethel Home. She was born on October 5, 1914 in Oshkosh to William and Mary (Spanbauer) Wohlt. Mildred married Hubert Ziebell on October 20, 1934 in Oshkosh and he preceded her in death on July 24, 1983.

Mildred enjoyed caring for her cats: Amy, Mindy, and Tony. Working crossword puzzles were a favorite pastime for Mildred.

Survivors include two sons: Daniel Ziebell and Chuck (Mary Jo) Ziebell both of Oshkosh; one granddaughter: Christine (Wayne) Edge of Oshkosh; five grandsons: Keith (LuAnn) Ziebell of Neenah; Eric (Sandi) Ziebell of Oshkosh; Scott Ziebell of Albuquerque, New Mexico; William Ziebell and Gerald Ziebell both of Arizona; and 10 great-grandchildren. Preceding Mildred in death are her husband, parents, and one son: Robert Ziebell.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street, with Reverend Daniel Felton officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery next to her husband, Hubert. Family and friends may call on Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel. Memorial expressions may be made to the Oshkosh Humane Society in Mildred's name.
