Neil A. Swartz, age 84 of Oshkosh died Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Bethel Home. Born August 2, 1926 the son of Albert and Sylvia (Hansen) Swartz, Neil graduated from Oshkosh High School and later from Evansville University in 1946. Neil was a Lt. Commander of the U.S. Navy and a huge sports car enthusiast. He married Charlotte Cicero on February 14, 1981 and she preceded him in death in June 2006.
