Norma L. Schuessler, age 83, went to
join her husband and heavenly family, on Thursday, February 18, 2010. She was born on April 2, 1926 to George and
Mary (Ettledorff) DuChateau. She married
Robert J. Mueller on September 9, 1947; they divorced. On February 15, 1950 she married Robert L.
Schuessler. He preceded her in death on
October 26, 1998.


A
giving woman, Norma was Norma. She loved
to travel and take Sunday drives. She
will be remembered for her humor.


Surviving
Norma are her children: Richard (Renee) Mueller of Winneconne, Robert (Carmen)
Schuessler Jr. of Ogden, Utah, Russell Schuessler of Oshkosh, Suzanne (Thomas)
Krueger of Oshkosh, and Sharon (Michael) Hermann Appleton; grandchildren:
Robert, Christopher, Adam, Dawn, Holly, and Tim (Dawn); great-grandchildren:
Martika, Vicki, Jordan, and Corey; brother-in-law, Gilbert Reichenberger; and
many nieces and nephews. In addition to
her husband, Robert, Norma was preceded in death by her children: Jeffery and
Daniel Schuessler and Marjorie Mueller; grandchildren, Anna and Kurt; and
siblings: George, Lawrence, Joseph and Robert DuChateau, Mary Jane Marden, and
Leona Reichenberger.


A
memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at
Lake View Memorial Park, 2786 Algoma Blvd.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for Saving Paws
Animal Rescue.


The family would like to thank the nurses
and aides at Manor Care in Appleton and the staff of Heartland Hospice for the
care given to Norma and her family.
