Oralia Laferty, age 82, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021. She was born in Leon Springs, Texas on March 4, 1939. On April 10, 1959 she married Elmer Laferty in Marshall, Michigan. Oralia worked as a machine operator at Square D for many years. Oralia will be remembered for lunches with the girls and the love she had for her family.

Oralia is survived by her children: Linda (Jay) Edson, Larry Laferty and Lisa Meier; grandchildren: four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer; and son-in-law, Kevin Meier.

A visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Seefeld Funeral Home. Entombment will be in Lakeview Memorial Park.
