Owen Robert Balda came into this world on July 20, 2010, and was taken away too soon the same day. He will be eternally missed and loved by his parents, Bobby and Nicky Balda of Oshkosh; grandparents, Ken and Karen Balda of Oshkosh and Jim and Heidi Sitter of Oshkosh; great grandparents, Donna Wolff, Ken Balda Sr., Joyce Yearwood, and James M. and Donna J. Sitter all of Oshkosh; uncles and aunts, David Balda, Bryan Balda, Jorie and Zane Larson, Fransiska and Jeff Kolb; cousins, Zach, Alex, Cale, and Brandon; and many, many loving family members and friends. Preceding Owen in death are his great-grandparents, Donald Wolff, Elsie Lawler, Adolf and Ottilie Wenzel; and a great-uncle, Alan Wolff.
A time of visiting and sharing of memories will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 300 North Eagle Street. Private family funeral services will be lead by Reverend Martin Ruge. Owen's family wishes to extend a very special thank you to the staff at Aurora Medical Center who took part in the care of Nicky, Bobby, and Owen.
