Patricia A. Blade "Patty" age 53, of Princeton, died Saturday evening, May 21, 2005, at home surrounded by the love of her family. She was born August 4, 1951 in Des Plaines, Illinois the daughter of LeRoy and Madeline (Muehlenberg) Lucas. She grew up and was educated in Illinois and moved to Wisconsin in 1988. She was a true inspiration to her family and friends. Wise, optimistic, open minded, strong, forgiving, artistic, survivor, and hard working are just a few of the qualities she displayed. She was a mom to everyone and being true to motherhood could make a feast for a king out of most anything. While living in Princeton, Patty was employed at Aunt Judy's Restaurant.
Patty is lovingly survived and will be remembered by her children, Nikoll Blade (Adrian Wencka) of Milwaukee, Lissa Blade (Josh Haight) of Princeton, Jesse Blade of Princeton, Jessica Blade of Princeton and Jacob (Teresa) Blade of Princeton; her father, LeRoy Lucas of Omro; brothers, David and Kep Lucas; her one true love, "Poppa" Pete Woeshnick; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, other relatives and many friends and her dog, Bowser. She was preceded in death by her mother, and two brothers, John and Mark.
Visitation will be held at the Omro Funeral Home, Monday, May 23, 2005, from 4-8 p.m. and then on Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A memorial has been established in her name.
