Patricia A. Dake, age 71, of Omro, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family, on October 3, 2015. Pat was born December 3, 1943, in Oshkosh, to the late John and Lucille (Sitter) Close. Family was very important to Pat and she deeply loved her children and grandchildren. She loved bingo, crossword puzzles, playing cards (especially triple solitaire), playing darts, watching game shows, The Packers, and enjoyed the music of the Del Rays.Pat will be deeply missed by her daughters, Julie (Manuel) Rojas and Molly; sons, Donnie (Bev), John, Joe; sisters, Mary Hahn and Sharon Whitty, and 5 grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, son, Dennis and sister, Nancy Amundson.Visitation will be held at the funeral home, Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 11:30 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm with Father Joseph Mattern officiating. Pat will be laid to rest on the family plot at Bell Cemetery.
