Patricia Jane Deiss, age 82, of Oshkosh, died Friday morning April 6, 2012, at Bethel Home. She was born on November 23, 1929, in Oshkosh, to Pat and Florence Germain. She married Richard H. Deiss in Oshkosh on September 1968. Patricia worked as a Nurses Aid at Bethel Home and the State Hospital; and volunteered at Winnebago State Hospital. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo.
Patricia is survived by her four children, Mary (George) Mathwig, Bonnie Wright, Chris (Maria) Deiss, and Rick (Darlene) Deiss; 11 grandchildren, Christopher Deiss, Kinni Blackburn, Malloreigh Blackburn, Brenda Benedict, Melody (Jeff) Fong, Melissa (George) Frisch, Casey Gerszewski, Ron Wright, Amber (Steve) Polacheck, Cindy (Joe) Nichols, Nathan (Tamar) Mathwig ; 11 great grandchildren, Aldrich Nichols; Kayla & Naomi Mathwig; Georg & Sam Frisch; Peter & Shiloh Gerszewski; Layla & Aiden Polacheck; and Alex & Lindsey Fong; and sister, Carol Hale.
Visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. Patricia will be laid to rest at Lake View Memorial Park.
