Patricia M. Smith, age 81, of Oshkosh, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015. She was born in Oshkosh on November 9, 1934, the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Eppinger) Dubinski. On September 17, 1955 she married Richard Smith at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. Patricia was a long time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and enjoyed being a Sunday School teacher for many years. She liked needle point, crocheting, and cooking. Her Sunday dinners with family will be missed. She will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the care had for everyone.
Patricia is survived by her children: Harold (Linda) Smith, Cindy (Dan) Kienert, Roxanne (Jeffrey) Locke, Keith Smith, and Kurt (Serena) Smith; grandchildren: Joey Abitz and Linsey Link, Cody and Casey Sabatini, Richard and Desiree Smith, and Christopher Baardsen; great-grandchildren: Carter and Drew Abitz, Bailey Sabatini, Aubrey Smith, and Garrett Baardsen; and sister, Percy (Greg) Widmer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; children: Susan (Thor) Baardsen and Guy Smith; and her parents.
The funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Seefeld Funeral Home, with Rev. David F. Pagel officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh.
