Patsy Ann Pomplun age 62, a resident of Waukau since 1977 died peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday evening May 14, 2003. She was born in the Township of Springfield, Marquette County on May 22, 1940, the daughter of Arthur A. and Ada W. Schrank Rosanske. She married Arley Pomplun on March 2, 1963 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Princeton. Patsy enjoyed flowers, gardening, cooking, collecting cookbooks and most of all her grandchildren.

Patsy was loved and will be missed by her husband, Arley, one son; Earl (Jody) Pomplun of Omro, three daughters; Carla Pomplun of Oshkosh, Karen Pomplun of Waukau and Lisa (Joe) Linder of Fond du Lac, grandchildren; Connor, Cole, Travis and Derek, one brother; Elmer (Esther) Rosanske of Ripon, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many near and dear friends. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and son, Lee Herman Pomplun.

Visitation will be held on Saturday May 17, 2003 at the Omro Funeral Home from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Eric Schlieter officiating. Immediately following the service a funeral luncheon will be held at the Waukau United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the West Holden Cemetery in the Town of Wautoma Saturday at 3:00 p.m. A memorial in Patsy's name has been established.
