Pearl B. DeBehnke, age 92, of Oshkosh, died Monday afternoon, January 6, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center. Born on February 16, 1921, in Oshkosh, to Stanly and Catherine (Kazmerchek) Klappa, Pearl married Kenneth DeBehnke on June 21, 1947, in Oshkosh. Kenneth preceded Pearl in death on July 21, 2002. A long-time member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pearl was an important part of her large family of relatives.
Surviving Pearl are two sons, Michael (Kathleen) DeBehnke and Mark (Melanie) DeBehnke, both of Oshkosh; four grandchildren, Mitchell DeBehnke, Danielle DeBehnke, Sarah DeBehnke, and Megan DeBehnke; three great-grandchildren, Mike, Matt, and Whitney. Preceding Pearl in death is her husband, parents, and siblings.
