Rachel Penn of Oshkosh died of natural causes at the age of 87 on Sunday, October 24, 2004. She is survived by members of the Madnek and Lookatch family in Milwaukee, and longtime friends and associates of Congregation B'Nai Israel of Oshkosh. Preceded in death by her husband Abraham Penn and brother Simon Slafsky. Rachel was proud to be a lifetime member of Hadassah. She was also a member of the Women's Century Club of Oshkosh. Contributions can be made to Congregation B'Nai Israel. Graveside services to be held on Tuesday, October 26th, at 1:00 PM at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 W. North Avenue in Brookfield.
