Obituary

Ralph Glen Schroeder
"Rabbit Hound"? "UNS"
?When his body finally shut down and his mind rested, Ralph went to his new home with Jesus on Tuesday, March 16, 2004.
Ralph leaves behind one son, Glen Schroeder, and three daughters, Christine Hafemeister, Cynthia Frye (Frank), and Sheila Jean Frank (Greg). He is further survived by a loving sister, Florann Bergman (Gary), special older brother, Anton Schroeder (Cleo), and a servant of mercy, his brother, Roy Schroeder (Sue). He has eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Remembering him also are the loving family of the late Lucille Margaret Close, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. Ralph was preceded in death by his mother, Flora Schroeder (nee Otto), his strong father, Anton Schroeder, a younger brother, Joseph Schroeder, missed by all, and a special lady friend, Lucille Margaret Close.
Ralph was known as a great Scrabble player, loved to play cribbage and bake his especially famous "junk cookies". Ralph had a zeal for a great party, but most of all he loved his friends and family. He will be sorrowfully missed by all, and cribbage games won't be the same.
All are welcome to say goodbye at Seefeld Funeral and Cremation Services, 1025 Oregon Street, 236-7750, on Saturday from 1-2:30 p.m. with a service to follow immediately. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
The family would like to thank all the loving, caring staff at Aurora Hospital ICU unit, second floor staff, especially Tracy Reinder RN, Chaplain John, and Doctor Weber and his staff.
See you on the other side Dad?- remember to kiss Grandma and "Loose Wheel".
