Richard "Rick" L. Baltes, age 64, passed away on 6 January 2022 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Dayton, Ohio, Rick is a veteran of the United States Navy having served in Scotland, Japan, the Middle East along with numerous stateside assignments before meeting his true love and settling in Omro, Wisconsin. He loved gardening and completed the Master Gardener Program at Fox Valley Technical College.

Rick is survived by his loving and caring wife, Lisa (nee Antolik); daughters: Erin and Colleen; father, Richard; brothers: Mike (Kate), Douglas (Shirley), Anthony (Debbie), Jeffrey (Lisa) and Thomas (Hillary); father and mother-in-law, Robert and Lucille Antolik; brother-in-law, Allan (Claudia); sister-in-law, JoHanna (Joshua) Veglahn; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice A. Baltes (nee Haywood).

Those who knew Rick, know the world is a little less cheerful due to the loss of the light and light heartiness he brought into every situation. Fair winds and following seas, brother.
