Obituary
Richard 'Rick' J. Van Densen, age 63, passed away on October 3, 2024. He was born on April 12, 1961, at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh to Richard G. and Joan C. (Hiltz) Van Densen.
Rick's love for life was contagious. He enjoyed cruising the town on his moped, collecting classic car models, listening to country music, going out to eat and spending time with family, friends and pets.
Rick is survived by his siblings, Charles (Jane) Van Densen, Amy (David) Moore; brother-in-law, Steve Carpenter; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard G. and Joan Van Densen; and sisters, Debra Carpenter and Diane Van Densen
A funeral service will be held on Friday October 11, 2024 at Seefeld Funeral Home, 1025 Oregon Street, Oshkosh WI with visitation being held from 2 pm to 4 pm, service will begin at 4 pm.
Rick passed away from complications of progressive supranuclear palsy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: https://www.psp.org/iwanttohelp
