Richard E. Fraser, 80, passed away on February 20, 2022. He was born on July 1, 1941 in Berlin, WI to Edward and Evelyn (Morel) Fraser.
Richard loved fishing, he was often out on the water on lake Winnebago or even lake Michigan. He enjoyed tinkering and building things and he was an RC enthusiast, having remote control cars, planes, and other toys.
He is survived by his daughters, Deborah (Robert) Reiter and Heather (Gary) Palmbach; and grandchildren, Chris Palmbach, Olivia Voight, and Emily Voight.
He is preceded by his wife of over 50 years, Patricia Fraser; daughter, Michelle Voight; grandson, Brady Palmbach; and his parents.
A brief gathering will be held at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, 425 Jefferson Ave. Omro, WI from 1pm until the time of service at 1:30pm on Thursday February 24, Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery in Berlin.
