Richard "Rick" Truckey, age 62 of Oshkosh, formerly of Green Bay and Oconto, died on Tuesday, January 15, 2008. He was born on November 13, 1945 to the late Isadore and Mary (Seipold) Truckey. He married Julie Rentmeester on May 22, 1993.
Rick was generous, friendly, and cared for others needs with out thoughts of his own. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and spelunking.
Rick is survived by his wife, Julie; children: James, Wesley, Cory, John Richard (Kim), Lawana (Randy) Kane, and Kimberly (Steve) Long; grandchildren: Adelynn, Ethan, Courtney, Cody, and Jordan; brothers: William (Elizabeth), Robert (Connie), and John. He is furthers survived by Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, and his friends at the Kornerstone.
A memorial gathering will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Most Blessed Sacrament, St. Josephat site, 1333 Walnut Street. With a memorial service begining at 11:00 A.M. A memorial is being setablished on behalf of Rick's young sons.
