Robert L. Klier, age 59, of Omro, died peacefully October 24, 2003 at Park View Health Center in Oshkosh. He was born November 2, 1943 in Oshkosh, WI. the son of Earl and Mary Clark Klier. Bob's hobbies included driving stock car, snowmobiling, country music and watching old western movies. Bob was a graduate of Omro High School, an Army Veteran serving in Viet Nam from January of 1965 until November of 1966 and had been employed for a number of years for Clarence Rankin.
Bob is survived by 2 daughters, Terry Lynn (Scott) Svihlik of Seymour, Tennessee and Tracy Ann of Milwaukee, 3 grandchildren: Justyne Nycole Svihlik, Anntwonette V. Hanson & Cassius J. Hanson, his mother: Mary Reany of Green Bay, half sister: Carol Pfeffer of Green Bay, 1 brother; Rodney of Sheboygan, 1 foster brother LeRoy Jero of Marshalltown, Iowa, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bob was preceded in death by a half sister; Sharon Reany and his brother Ronald. Visitation will be held at the Omro Funeral Home on Friday, October 31 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Omro Cemetery.
