Roland "Frank" Domke, age 72, of Omro, passed away Monday morning, October 10, 2016 at Omro Care Center. He was born February 28, 1944, in Oshkosh, the son of Bill and Norma (Morstz) Domke. Frank attended school in Omro and was a graduate of Omro High School. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1965. Frank drove truck and worked for various construction companies through the years and also worked at and retired from Wisconsin Tubing. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, playing cards especially sheepshead and cribbage and socializing with friends. Frank is loved and will be missed by his siblings, Porky (Deloris) Domke, Mike (Donna) Domke and Bonnie (Junior) Boehnlein. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, especially his two great nieces, Tegan and Taryn whom he had a special love for, other relatives and many friends. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Granny Domke, brothers, Charles "Heine" Domke, Lawrence "Huntz" Domke; sister, Dixie Lind; brother in law, Ralph Bunke; sister in law, Barbie Domke and nephew, David Domke.A private family service will be held. Frank will be laid to rest at Omro Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff on the 2nd floor at Mercy Medical Center as well as the staff at Omro Care Center for the care shown Frank and his family.
