Ronald William Everett Laing, age 65, of Omro, died May 2, 2006 at his residence. He was born September 4, 1940 in Wisconsin the son of Keith and Evelyn Keller Laing. Ron was an over the road truck driver by trade. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting and utilizing his talents as a handyman.

Survivors include his children, Ronald, Jr. and Mark Laing both of Buhl, Idaho and Dion Laing and Carrie Heisler both of Oshkosh; 7 grandchildren; one great grandchild; brother, Keith (Diane) of West Bend; sister, Pat Freuck of Franklin, WI; niece, Kim (Al) Zimdahl; nephews, Steven Laing, Robert Freuck, Jr. (Michelle), Dean (Fiancée Elizabeth) Freuck and Michael (Lisa) Freuck.

Family and friends are invited to meet at the funeral home in Omro on Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. where a procession will form to Waukau Cemetery where the Graveside Committal Services will be held at 10:30 A.M.
