Rose Ann "Rosie" (nee Andrews) Shinnaberry, 69, passed away in Oshkosh, WI on September 10, 2022. She was born on April 11, 1953 to Louise M. (Vannieuwenhoven) and Joseph C. Andrews Sr.

Rosie loved tending to her flower garden, playing computer games as solitaire and other games, she also enjoyed playing on her iPad. Rosie loved to collect angels. She will be remembered as a loving sister, with a kind heart and always having a positive personality and a strong faith.

Rosie is survived by her siblings; John Andrews (dear friend, Roseann), Christine Lessmiller, Linda (William) Jetton, Fern Laes, Mary Koslowski, Joseph Andrews Jr., David (Joni) Andrews, Brenda (Steve) Schuch, Roger (Jackie) Andrews, and Pam (Jeff) Wiese; and her beloved dog, Angel. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Joseph Sr. and Louise Andrews; her husband, Lyle; sister, Theresa; brothers-in-law, Russ, and Rick; and sister-in-law, Sarah.

A celebration of life for Rosie will be held at a later date.
