Rosemary Nachtrab, age 83, of Omro, passed away at her home on January 4, 2010. Rosemary was born on January 11, 1926 in Eureka, the daughter of William and Nora (Moreiarty) Davis. She married Frank Nachtrab on November 8, 1975, at the Waukau United Methodist Church. Rosemary's passion in life was her love of music. She also enjoyed nature watching and flower gardening.

Rosemary was loved and will be missed by her sons, Brian Steeps of Omro, Sheridan (Ruth) Steeps of California and Kevin Steeps of Arizona; one grandchild, Tammy; step-sons, Terry (Cathy) of Pine River, Scott of Omro, Todd (Brenda) of Princeton and Jammie of Auroraville, stepdaughters; Roxann (Jerry) Stroh of Spokane, Washington and Lennette (William) Radig of Omro; sister, Billie Lucas of Oshkosh; 16 step grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her cat, Billy. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Frank Nachtrab; sister, Elizabeth "Betty" Nickolai; brothers, Keith, Jerome, Creighton, Alonzo and Eugene Davis; and her pets, Buddy and Red.

Visitation will be held for family and friends at the Omro funeral home on Saturday, January 9, 2010, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Rosemary will be laid to rest in the Omro Cemetery at a later date.
