Roy H. Dumke, born June 12, 1933 in Oshkosh to Harvey and Alvina (Weiner) Dumke passed away on Friday, November 30, 2007. He is survived by his 3 sons, Alan W. (Debbie) Stievo, Daniel R. (Faith) Dumke and Thomas A. (Karen) Dumke; 6 grandchildren, Mathew and Michelle Stievo, Zachary, Addison, Talon and Graham Dumke; 4 sisters, Ellen (George) Laknar, Lorraine Kolasinski, Joanne (Marv) Admunson and Judy (Merrill) Davis; and a brother, Jack (Lois) Dumke. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia; his parents; 8 brothers, Bob, Art, Jerry, Larry, Dick, Don, Bill and Herb; and 2 sisters, Betty and Margaret.

Roy served honorably in the US Navy and gave over 30 years of dedicated service to the Oshkosh Fire Department.
A celebration to remember him will be held at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at the Seefeld Family of Funeral Chapels, 1025 Oregon Street. Military honors for his Navy service will be presented followed by the Oshkosh Fire Department's Color Guard. A brief religious service will conclude this event. Family and friends may gather at the Seefeld Oregon Street Chapel beginning at 4:00 PM. Memorials to benefit the Oshkosh Fire Department are appreciated.
