Ruth E. Tritt, age 86, of Eureka, passed away, Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Care Partners in Winneconne. Ruth was born July 5, 1923, in the Town of Aurora, Waushara County to Sidney and Bessie (Angle) Harris. She married Euclid Tritt in November 1943. He passed away October 13, 2003. Together they owned and operated the Starlight Inn in Eureka. Ruth enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband, entertaining and most of all family.

Ruth is survived by her brother, Don (Ruth) Harris of Eureka; sisters in law, Betty Harris of Oshkosh; Patricia (Jack) Warner of Florida, Hazel Tritt of Kenosha; brothers in law; David (Roxann) Tritt of Omro, Robert (Julie) Tritt of Kenosha; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Euclid and brother, Ivan.

In respect to Ruth's memory, friends and family will gather at the Eureka United Methodist Church on Thursday, May 27, 2010, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:30 A.M. with Rev. Donald Olm officiating. Ruth will be laid to rest at Omro Cemetery next to her husband. A memorial has been established.
