Shelly A. Babbitt-Byrne, age 63, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020. She was born in Santa Monica, CA on October 29, 1957 the daughter of the late Willis and Shirley (Foster) Babbitt. Shelly attended many colleges and earned her bachelor's degree. She was known for always being a student. Most recently she worked as a coordinator at Workforce Development in Neenah. Shelly will be remembered for her soft voice, and for being very kind and caring.

Shelly is survived by her spouse, Julie Babbit-Byrne; children: C.J. and Max Babbit-Byrne; brother, Willis Babbitt II; sisters: Jerie (Thomas) Moore and Jodie Babbitt; nieces: Rebecca (Jason) Williams, Ashley Weddell, Samantha Moore and Tabetha Moore; nephews: Thomas Moore Jr. and Jared Barnes; great-nephews: Jacob Mamaril and Jason Williams; and great-nieces: Jaelee and Jaeden Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents.

It was Shelly's wish to be cremated with no services.
