Shirley R Reiter, age 95, passed away in Omro on May 11, 2021. She was born to Joseph and Bertha (Hafeman) Tavernie on February 16, 1926. On August 11, 1951 she was married to Joseph Reiter. She loved to go out dancing after dinner. She enjoyed bowling and was always known as a hard worker, working at Hoffmaster for 23 years. More than anything she loved being with her family.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Lynn (Bud) Thomsen, Faye (Gary) Henke and Connie (Jim) Olson.
Grandchildren: Lori Thomsen, Paula Thomsen, Brett (Sheila) Henke, Jamie (Chuck) Domke, Michael (Jessica) Durant, Erika Juedes, James (Deb) Olson, Jeff (Michelle) Olson.

Great-grandchildren: Adam, Stephanie, Hailey, Cole, Melissa (Kyle), Josh (Amanda), Christopher, Kaitlin, Dalton, Keira, McKenzie, Gunner, Alexandra, Richard, Rachelle, Jenna, Anika, Erika, Trevor, Chase and Seth.

Shirley is further survived by her son-in-law, Douglas Lewellyn, Sister-in-law, Carol Reiter, six great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family.

Preceding Shirley in death was her husband Joseph Reiter, daughter, Sharon Lewellyn, grandson, Kurt Lewellyn, grand-daughter Jodi Lewellyn; sisters, Laura (Chet) Belot, Esther (Walter) McCarthy, Leona (Ken) Corpian, Marcy (Bubs) Day; brother, Carlton Tavernie; and son-in-law Lynn Durant.

A visitation will be held at Kwiatkowski Funeral Home on Thursday evening, May 13 from 5-7 p.m. and then again on Friday morning, May 14 from 10-11 a.m., with service and burial to follow.
