Obituary
Susan Dorothy "Suzie Q" (Padilla) Rohde of Winneconne, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at Aurora Hospital due to complications with COPD in Oshkosh, WI. She was born on February 10, 1950, to parents, Paul and Hilda (Graper) Padilla, in Wisconsin.
She was married to the late Russell Kain and Mike Rohde. Susan lived in Lakewood for many years before moving back to Omro, WI. She had a very good friend, Lynn, that she did everything with.
In her younger years, she did a lot of camping with family and friends. Susan loved to paint by numbers, crafting, needle point and creating hook rugs.
Susan also enjoyed spending time with her sisters and mother every Tuesday (for Tacos) or Wednesday by going out to eat, playing dice games and cards together. They especially enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers play. Going out with her sisters was her pride and joy, but her eyes would light up when she talked about her son, Mark and her two grandchildren, Justin and Joey.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Tammy) Kain; grandchildren, Justin (Morgan) Kain and Joey Kain; sisters, Mary Klocklien and Rose Morieanty; brothers, Jerry (Pam) Padilla, Jesse (Carla) Padilla and Jimmy (Penny) Padilla ; stepbrother, Felix Padilla. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Preceding her in death were Russell Kain and Mike Rohde; parents, Paul and Hilda (Graper) Padilla; sister, Frances (David) Schilling; grandparents, Frank (Ella) Graper and Paul (Isabell) Padilla; brothers-in-law, Ronald Morieanty, Gaynel Klocklien and Robert Kain.
Per her wishes, no formal services will be held.
