Theodore "Chub" E. Patterson, age 89, passed away in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, with his family by his side. He was born on December 8, 1934, to parents, Edward and Louise (Hanson) Patterson, in Illinois.
He went straight into the service after high school. He was stationed in Germany for most of his time. Afterwards, he became an over the road truck driver with his own truck until retirement.
Theodore enjoyed playing card games, especially Texas Hold Um and Poker. Ted was also an avid traveler throughout the United States. He will be remembered for his love of his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his daughter, Penny (Brian) Bell; grandchildren, Jordan (Tyler M.) Bell, and Caleb Bell; great-granddaughter, Rylie Miller; sister, Susan Cutsforth; and many nieces; nephews; and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Judy; son, Glenn; granddaughter, Nicole; brother, Douglas Patterson; step-father, Bertram Cutsforth; and step-brother, Don Cutsforth.
A Celebration of Life will held during the spring.
