It is with sadness that the family announces Tom Jawort, age 73, passed on Friday, June 23rd, 2017. He is survived by his children, Daniel (wife, Phuong, grandchildren, Andrew and Sophia) of Kirkland, WA, Nicole Antonneau of Tampa, FL, and Kayla Hammett of Lake Geneva, WI. Further survived by siblings, Nancy, Jim (wife Cheryl), Curt and Lois. He was a veteran, state police trooper, facility engineer and home builder. He enjoyed gardening, and was an expert salt water fish hobbyist. The visitation will be held Thursday, June 29, 2017, from 4:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 6:00 pm at Seefeld funeral home in Oshkosh. A memorial in his name is being established.
