Thomas "Tom" H. Manske, age 61, of Oshkosh, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2012. He was born in Oshkosh on July 21, 1950 the son of the late Herman and Bernice (Dulske) Manske. Tom liked tinkering with his projects during all hours of the night, including the completion of an old sailing ship. He also enjoyed his collection of Egyptian art. Tom will be remembered for being an avid Packer fan.
Tom will be missed by his sisters: Ann (Ken) Lohry of Omro and Rosalie (Jim) Grundy of Oshkosh; brother, James (Carol) Barden; nieces and nephews: Gordon (Jackie) Lewis, Karen (friend, Tom Payne) Kish, Jim (Deb) Lewis, Jodi (Pawl) Vest, and Glenn Percival. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his brothers: Donald Barden and LaVerne Barden; and step-sister, Marilyn (Kenneth) Brinkman.
A celebration of life will be from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Witzke's Tavern, in the backroom, 1700 Oregon St., Oshkosh.
