Obituary
Todd D. Dowland passed away at home on Saturday May 20, 2023. He was born on June 8, 1948. He graduated from Lomira High School in 1966. Todd served in the United States Navy.
On February 14, 1970 he married Diane DeMets. He worked 35 years for Badger Mill Supply in Oshkosh Wisconsin and retired in 2013. Todd loved to go fishing and camping.
Todd is preceded in death by his mother, Verna Manthey; and step-father Lester Manthey. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; brother, Bruce "Jim" (Lori) Dowland.
Per Todd's wishes, no funeral will be held.
