Tommy A. Holmes, age 49, of Omro, died Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Tommy was born June 6, 1964, in Milwaukee, the son of Edwin "Bud" and Geraldine "Gerry" (Layle) Holmes. He was educated in the Omro School System and was a 1983 graduate of Omro High School. Tommy loved helping people. His career as a CNA allowed him to be around people and to help them in any way he was able to. One of his other passions in life was working as a DJ for AC Royal Entertainment where he worked for many years. Tommy was a huge NASCAR and Packer fan.

Tommy is loved and will be missed by his brothers, Tim (Gina) of Redgranite and Dennis of Omro. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends. Preceding him in death were his parents and grandparents.

The family will greet friends and relatives at the funeral home on Friday, May 16, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Richard Bartholomew officiating. There will be a luncheon to follow at the Omro Community Center.
