Victor "Vic" J. Blomberg Jr., 65, passed away on April 17, 2025. He was born August 11, 1959, to parents, Victor J. Sr. and Lois (Bayles) Blomberg in Wisconsin.
He proudly served in the United States Marines as a Field Radio Operator and later on went on to work as a welder for a local manufacturing company.
Vic loved collecting eagles and tinkering with things mechanically. He loved to work on cars and various projects in his free time. He was a simple man who didn't need much to be happy- just good music, a good meal, friends to laugh with, and family close by. He liked to do things his own way, with kindness and heart. He found joy in the little things and never tried to be anything other than who he truly was. That's what made him so easy to love.
He is survived by his daughter, Anna (Ben) Novotny; grand-puppy, Teddy; partner, Shirley Cline; and Shirley's children, whom he counted as step-children, Shawn Cline, Daniel Owens and Steven Owens.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Victor Sr. and Lois Blomberg; and his best friends, Michael Peerenboom and Brian (Kristina Ward) Schmidt.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in his honor. Please feel free to reach out to Anna directly to show your respect or for further inquiries.
Vic will be remembered for the words he shared with his daughter "Love you Lots!"
